What you can expect in a day in this role:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will foster an environment that values teamwork, innovation, and excellence.  You will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.

Day to day duties will include but not limited to:

• Overseeing Daily Operations
• Supervising Staff and communicating with Restaurant Manager
• Assist with staff development and leadership
• Be hands on and help across all sections and areas

What you will bring to the role:

• Management experience in a similar environment,
• Genuine passion for working with Tasmanian produce,
• Desire to create exceptional customer experience,
• Motivated and driven team player, and
• Flexibility to work across various shifts including weekends and public holidays.

An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
