This role will see you report directly to the Security Operations Manager. You will manage the day to day of the Security and Surveillance operations. You will be responsible for managing, motivating and directing a team of security personnel to perform their duties in accordance with operational procedures. You will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for Wrest Point customers and staff, whilst also ensuring adherence to relevant Acts, Internal controls and policies as well as WHS and fire evacuation statutory obligations.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Security operations,
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment with a compliance driven focus, Strong leadership, performance management, decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills,
• High level of customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• A commitment to achieving excellence, KPIs and deliver Moments of Truth to internal and external stakeholders,
• Knowledge of legislation and regulation associated with the security and surveillance operations.
• Experience as a Surveillance Operator or the ability to be successfully trained in the role of Surveillance Operator.
• A willingness to learn and work within a changing environment, and
• Consistent reliability with the flexibility to work to business demands across 7 days.
